Describe as the default value is 2.

The <device> parameter is mandatory and may be either the NVMe character
device (ex: /dev/nvme0), or a namespace block device (ex: /dev/nvme0n1).

EXPERIMENTAL. The --output-format-version can be set to 2 to generate field names

It's not experimental anymore if we set it by default :)

BTW, I am wondering if it would possible to somehow include the default options from one file instead having the repeated everywhere. No idea if this is possible but it would be very helpful IMO.

Just changed to add the description into the documentation: nvme.txt. Thank you.
